She caught a hidden gem for us, and saved us headaches with flood-zone fine print, and answered every late-night text like it was nothing. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Rachael Johnson as my Realtor. I was introduced to Rachael by a friend, who was her client in the buying of his own home two years prior (and was very pleased with his own experience with her), and from the beginning she listened carefully to my thoughts on what I was looking for and the areas I was looking in. She stayed in frequent communication and any time I texted her she was prompt to respond (this was often at times since I was actively looking on the market and I had a lot of questions about a lot of properties). Any property I wanted to see she quickly got an appointment to view and was there for every viewing (ahead of time). The property I was gravitating to was actually under contract with another buyer when I first noticed it, but she stayed on top of monitoring that situation, however unlikely it was to fall through, and it did end up coming back on the market. She was able to get me an immediate appointment to see the property, before Zillow or other sites refreshed to show it no longer being under contract, and she promptly facilitated my offer submission to the seller's agent when I was ready to move forward on it. I really appreciate her advice along the way in submitting the initial offer as well in negotiating the counter offer. I had several questions about the property to submit to the sellers, many of which I put in bullet pointed emails, and she was able to get answers for every one of them (I really appreciated the detailed emails that touched on all the information being requested). She also had a great list of inspector recommendations (since I wanted to do the full list of property inspections), which she contacted for me once I had chosen which ones to use. She was there to make the process as frictionless as possible, and as far as real estate transactions go this one was quite smooth. I'd definitely recommend Rachael to anyone in a heartbeat.

Rachael was outstanding. We began our house search while still living in Virginia. With it being the first time either my husband or myself moved out of the zip code we lived in our entire lives - we were scared. Rachael did everything she could to ensure that our timeline was met and that we had the house we wanted. She checked in often and was there every step of the way. I even had to ask her if she treated every client like she did us whether she was the sellers agent or the buyers agent because there was a vast difference between our Virginia agent and her - for the better of course.
